The sushi is one of the best known and worldwide prepared Japanese dishes. Besides being easy to prepare (yes, when you have taken the point on rice), it is a delicious and very healthy snack as it is cooked rice seasoned, and is often accompanied by fish, seafood or vegetables, mainly.
