How to Make a Homemade Hamburger?


If you want to get the best flavor in your hamburger, besides the certainty that you consume something healthy and good quality, you have to prepare step by step this dish. But do not worry, just follow the next steps, and you do not need to be a master in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
For the hamburger
500 g of lean ground meat
6 breads for hamburger
1 egg yolk

Condiments
1/2 small red or white onion
Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon English sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 clove garlic
Handful of chopped fresh herbs
Salt and pepper to taste


Extras to dress
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
6 slices of cheese
Lettuce leaves
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise

STEP 1 - Prepare the meat
1. Buy the meat in a butcher where you can choose the cut and ask the manager to grind it twice. Make sure that the meat of your choice has a low percentage of fat, but that you have to make your hamburger juicy.
2. Chop the onion and garlic in a bowl and combine with the English sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, chopped herbs and meat. You can do without condiments according to your taste.
3. Add salt and pepper to the egg yolk and mix with the meat, now you can start to shape the hamburgers with the burger press maker and try not to manipulate the meat much to give it the round shape or cause it to dry.

STEP 2 - Cook the meat
1. Place the hamburgers on a plate, separate the waxed paper and let stand 30 minutes to become consistent and do not break.
2. Choose the method to cook: fry, roast or bake.
Roast: preheat the grill or pan over medium heat, place the beef of hanburguesa for 6 or 7 minutes per side until completely cooked. To check that the center is not raw you can intrude a fork, it must cross easily.
Fry: place oil or butter in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 6 to 7 minutes and then place on paper to absorb excess fat.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 350 ° F or 180 ° C, then place the meat in the oven for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness. In the middle of the time the meat turns to cook evenly.

STEP 3 Prepare other ingredients
1. Wash and chop the lettuce and tomatoes to taste
2. Cut the loaves in half and place mayonnaise, mustard and tomato sauce to taste.
