Simple Tricks for Decorating Your Room

This does not mean that you can not achieve a decoration like the one you see in your favorite magazines, but if you must keep in mind that it will not look perfect all the time, and that your house is to be enjoyed, not to take a photo. So follow the following tricks, and remember to keep your house comfortable and your modern home decor.

Add natural flowers

The natural flowers are not missing in any magazine house, although in these they are installed the day of the photo shoot so they look perfect. You may be tempted to use plastic flowers to achieve this perfection, but these will never look as good as natural ones. Natural flowers in upside down flower pot give your home an energy and beauty that is difficult to achieve otherwise, so invest in flowers weekly. If you want to save, you do not need to buy expensive flowers, those in your garden can give your home a more relaxed and country style. Also consider using natural plants that bloom at certain times of the year.

Do not cover the windows

As for blinds, this is a personal decision. In many cases privacy is needed, in others it can be ignored. Personally I feel that they take away light even though they are open, so I only have some installed where I need the extra privacy, along with curtains to bring texture. The rest of the windows only use curtains, and these open every morning. Another option is to put double curtain, one textured and another white only for privacy, but still let light pass and leave the star projector to shine.

Clean and sort

Your house should be tidy as much as possible, this way the decoration will look more than the clutter. Although as I mentioned you will not be able to maintain this all the time, you can take steps so that keeping your home organized does not take you so long. Baskets and storage with doors are your best tool to accomplish this.

Another thing to remember is to keep your house clean. This ranges from baths to dust. I have seen beautifully decorated houses, but where dust takes first place. Create a cleaning plan that you can maintain, dividend by day the different tasks.
