How to Make a Halloween Cake?

At a meal or snack for children, you always fancy a good cake. What better than a cake set in Halloween if we want to have a festive and original detail with our guests. You will see it is not difficult at all, even if you are not an expert in cooking. Take ideas and enjoy the process, dare to innovate and you will see that the result is to suck your fingers.

You will need to:
 400 g flour
 400 g sugar
 12 eggs
 Yogurt cake:
 3 eggs
 170 g flour (3 glasses yogurt)
 200 g sugar (2 glasses yogurt)
 100 ml oil (1 cup yogurt)
 1 sachet of yeast

Steps to follow:
1.Place the eggs (at room temperature) in the bowl of the mixer and add the sugar whipping until the point is reached. Remove from the blender and add the sifted flour, mixing very gently to prevent the preparation from reducing its volume. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and cook in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes.

2. Yogurt Sponge : Mix the liquid ingredients first and add the flour and yeast. Bake at 180º for 35 minutes. You can have a little lemon zest.

3. Butter cream : Mix the butter with the vegetable margarine and add the vanilla extract. Add the sugar and beat it 2 to 3 minutes. When thick, incorporate milk.

4. Extended Fondant or American (Fondant) : Sprinkle in the form of rain and dissolve the powder of unflavored gelatin in cold water. Take it to Mary's bath and incorporate glucose, glycerin and vegetable margarine. Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is integrated. Remove from the fire. Let it warm and add the essence and sugar glace. Stir until blended. Continue adding sugar and knead until an elastic mass is obtained. Keep tightly closed in plastic wrap.

5. Gum paste : For every 250 gr. of fondant add a teaspoon of gum tragacanth or gum-tex and leave it a day of rest.
