Have a good reason
When we go to bed with black thoughts, we rarely spend a good night. On the contrary, try to go to sleep with a positive attitude, and there is a high probability that you sleep a very deep sleep, without any nightmare. Our emotions are very important, and if you go to sleep full of negativity, you will find it again the next morning.
Apart from a positive attitude, have a good reason to wake up.
If you get up to go to work, find a positive element in your work day, and focus on it. This element will make you want to get out of bed.

Keep pace
Try to wake up at the same time every day.
This is not very motivating if you wake up from Monday to Friday at 5 am. At the weekend, you would surely want to catch some sleep.
On paper it's tempting, but it does not make your awakenings easy. Because if you stick to a specific time, you will build a habit that will make you wake up a lot easier. And your Sunday nights will not be ruined by the idea of having to wake up early the next day: because you will be used to it!
But when to go to bed?
There are two approaches:
The first is to choose a specific time and go to sleep every day at that time.

Nurture your bedroom
The air must be able to circulate in your room. In summer, or weather permitting, sleep in the open window. A good oxygenation of the room promotes a peaceful sleep.
